**Electrician Domestic and Commercial**

Our client is a local, independent electrical company working on a range of projects like extensions, alterations, renovations, conversions, new build properties throughout the domestic, commercial and industrial sectors etc.. They are looking for an electricianimprover or a fully qualified Electrician to join the team.

**Self-employed people need not apply.**
**Salary**:£14.00 - £17.60 Per Hour
**Hours**: 40 hours per week (8.00am -4.30pm) Monday - Friday with a 6-month trial period, then all being well a permanent position. Work hours may vary due to client demand and you may be asked to work additional hours when business needs require.
**Do you have**:

- Recent experience in Domestic Electrical work
- A good understanding of the Part P Building Regulation
- Relevant 18th edition qualification
- Enough knowledge / experience and practical skills to complete fault-finding tasks
- Experience working within furnished home
- First aid and asbestos awareness qualifications would be an advantage
- Relevant inspection and testing qualification would also be an advantage

**Can you**:

- Cope well under pressure, remain calm when plans change at short notice and keep a cheerful attitude
- Provide references?

**Are you**:

- Reliable, willing to work hard as part of a team, honest and trustworthy
- Good at communicating with people: management, clients, other employees and suppliers?
- Willing to undergo a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check (previously CRB check) on client requirement prior to entering certain construction sites where you may encounter children or vulnerable adults?
