Property Viewing Guide

Hours: Every Saturday 8.30am - 4.30pm (please note there may be availability for alternate Saturdays).

Location: Southborough and surrounding area

Mileage allowance for use of own car

Full UK driving licence essential, plus use of own vehicle.

Would you like to join our successful viewing team? You’ll be meeting lots of people and will need to be confident, friendly and a great communicator. Being well-organised is essential and a good knowledge of the local area would be a great advantage. Full training will be given.

Key duties include:

- Attend our Southborough office at the beginning of the day to collect keys, property details, and applicant list;
- Meet our applicants at the property and show them around, answering any queries and relating key information;
- Make a note of queries and issues raised by the applicant;
- Return keys and documentation to the office at the end of the working day.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £95.00 per day

Expected hours: 7.5 per week

Schedule:

- Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Southborough: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Property Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
