Overview:
**Summary/objective**

The Sales & Event Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day coordination and logistics as well as tactical strategies in events, sales enablement and technical documentation materials, customer communications, and analytics and reporting on sales and marketing KPIs.

**Essential functions**

- Working with the Global Marketing Events Manager and Head of Marketing in the international team, coordinate events across Europe which include but are not limited to: booking events, organizing collateral and logistics, and procuring relavent display materials
- Physically attend and manage the onsite coordination of the event and liaise with any event coordinators
- Coordinate customer invitaitions and manage attendees including communication to ensue they understand logistics and any special requirements
- Facilitate production of customer guides and technical materials to enable customers to understand processes, coordinate FAQ’s
- Update and manage website FAQ’s
- Coordiante customer communication by liaising with key stakeholders for approvals and ensure effective distribution
- Coordinate internal communications
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and evaluate against goals
- Support the sales team in ensuring CRM data is clean and reported effectively into the system
- Coordinate production of weekly reports relating to activity, signings and pipeline

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 A Levels
- Minimum of 2+ years of work experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent writing, communication, presentation, and analytical skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Good attention to detail
- Organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines
- Good project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to self-manage

**Supervisory responsibilities**

This role has no supervisory responsibilities.

**Work environment**

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.

**Physical demands**

This role includes work in both an office setting and traveling to support field-based events. Physical requirements also include occasional lifting/carrying of 40 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles.

**Travel required**

This position requires travel to and from events.
