Our client is an extremely successful independent family run estate agent with over 35 years local experience offering a comprehensive residential sales and lettings service with a number of offices throughout Dorset.

Main responsibilities to include but are not exhausted:

- Referencing applicants
- Preparing tenancy agreements
- Registration of tenancy deposits
- Managing deposit disputes
- Conducting check ins
- Applicant mail outs to properties & carry out viewings
- Building long term relationships with potential and existing landlord’s, tenants and contractors
- Management of a portfolio of residential properties to include maintenance, property visits, negotiating tenancy renewals and rent increases.

The company is looking for an outgoing, hard-working and personable individual who enjoys working in a busy and professional environment. You will need the ability to work under pressure whilst remaining organised and focused, as well as having outstandingorganisational skills. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a property management and ARLA Level 3 qualification is preferred, but not essential as full training will be made available.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and Saturdays on a rota basis 9am until 1pm.
