**JOB PURPOSE**:
To complete production/packhouse tasks as directed to ensure customer orders meet quality assurance standards and produce is completed in the most cost effective way.

**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**:
Understand tray and volume of produce will vary in line with customer orders. Packing requirements do and can change.

Pack Produce in line with each customer order requirement as directed by the packhouse management team.

Stack and tray end produce as required.

Line work, sorting produce, fret work (preparation with knife use) and weighing produce as directed by the packhouse management team.

Label bags/packaging.

Comply and follow direction from the Quality Control Operatives for each customer order. Bring any quality issues to the attention of the QC/Supervisor or Manager.

Follow the Packhouse, Quality Control and Hygiene rules at all times.

Comply with the health and safety regulations and procedures for the packhouse at all times.

Carry out any other duties related to this role.

**Salary**: From £10.10 per hour
