Greenkeeper

Weston-super-Mare Golf Club is looking to recruit an experienced Greenkeeper to join our existing team.

The position is full time, 40 hours per week plus 1 in 4 weekends.

**The main duties and personal requirement include but are not restricted to**:

- Assisting the team in all aspects of greenkeeping, including: cutting all playing surfaces, changing holes, setting up golf course for play
- Helping the team ensure that the course is presented in the best possible condition to exceed the expectations of members and visitors
- Assisting with construction, aeration, and renovation works
- Ability to safely operate a wide range of golf course machinery
- Undertaking specific training on machinery and other working practices
- A strong work ethic coupled with excellent time keeping
- A positive team player who has equal ability to work on their own
- An excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work with care and consideration of equipment
- Ability to complete tasks in line with Health and Safety regulations

Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
