Documentation Specialist

Bromley, Hybrid Setting after Training (Initially 4 days a week in the office for the first months, 3 days a week in office and 2 days WFH for the remaining 11 months)

12-months initial contract

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum

My high-profile banking client are recruiting for a Documentation Specialist to come and join their Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Leasing Operations documentation team, on a 12-month initial contract. The Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Leasing Operations team consists of 15 Leasing professionals promoting the client's Leasing business in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). The Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Leasing business has grown substantially over the last 5 years. The team processes around 700 new deals, around 10,000 billing events and 35,000 cash items a year.

As a Documentation Specialist, you will be a part of the Documentation Fulfilment team and would be accountable for managing the insurance renewal process, which includes tracking and reaching out to clients/stakeholders go gather the necessary paperwork.

Assignments:

- Documentation
- Monthly reporting
- Imaging and archiving paperwork
- Metrics, team support
- System amendments

**Skills**:

- Experience with Documentation
- Microsoft efficient (Confident with Word and Excel)
- Leasing or Loans experience desirable (But not Essential)
- Experience of business partnering/client facing role
- Excellent time management skills
- Organizational Skills
- Great spoken and written communication skills
- Fluency in a second European language desirable (but not essential)
