Reporting to the Senior Campaign Manager, this role will have a key focus on planning, developing and delivering campaigns, initiatives and materials that support the marketing plan for our OTT platforms (discovery+, Eurosport App, Eurosport W Player) and Eurosport linear channels for various markets across Europe.

**Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Management**
- Manage campaigns across a range of sports from briefing through to execution to drive gross adds for our OTT platforms.
- Work with the research and growth teams to select the most appropriate groups for targeted campaigns based on current or predicted behaviour.
- Partner with the acquisition team to deliver the volume of gross adds sourced by the brand response and performance campaigns.
- Liaise with local markets, sharing marketing plans, leveraging appropriate content and running joint campaigns towards agreed objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (editorial, rights, legal) to optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
- Provide visibility to the growth, media and creative teams for the status of all assets ensuring campaigns start on time and are delivering as expected, ensuring potential issues are raised proactively with a view to an early resolution..
- Be the voice of the OTT platforms customer, using qualitative and quantitative insights to substantiate feedback on creative ideas and media plans to ensure all communications drive greater brand engagement amongst our target audience.
- Partner with the brand team to ensure alignment with guidelines and design standards.
- Support affiliate sales (except digital only affiliates) by providing marketing campaigns, promotions and sales-support resources, along with local/central ad sales and other campaign related local initiatives.
- Create compelling briefs for each campaign including targeting, phasing, messaging, objectives, and creative hooks.
- Ensure all activities undertaken adhere to our relevant policies and procedures.
- **Discovery Sports Marketing Community**
- Be an internal / external source of expertise in the marketing campaign field and respond swiftly and concisely to any queries.
- Pro-actively work to ensure that tools and processes are in place and fit for purpose, suggesting changes and enhancements with the team and senior management.
- Work alongside colleagues to continually benchmark our campaigns and seek new ways to differentiate and improve the activities we undertake.
- Stay abreast of industry and competitor trends and all applicable ideas/concepts to identify relevant opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Google Workplace suite fluency (Presentations, Spreadsheets, Documents).
- Eagerness to get hands-on to figure out how things work.
- Team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture relationships with members of cross -functional teams and local markets.
Ability to manage multiple tasks to completion.
- Strong interpersonal skills including clear communication and a positive attitude.
- Ability to investigate, analyse & solve problems, and clearly communicate results.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
