Simmonds Hobson Ltd is a site Management Company, which provides Gardening and General Maintenance services to companies based on the Bicton Industrial Park, Kimbolton, Cambridgeshire.

We are currently looking to employ a Full Time Gardener/HandyPerson who will have sole responsibility for the upkeep of the estate along with carrying out general maintenance duties as required.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Grass cutting, Strimming, Weeding & Weed Killing
- General site rubbish clearance and carboard compacting.
- For carrying out various minor maintenance and repairs jobs e.g. unblocking drains, preparing and painting areas, changing light bulbs.

**Essential Criteria**
- Self-motivated
- Manual Labourer & Manual Handling experience
- Garden machinery operation knowledge.
- General DIY skills

**In Return the Company offers**

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
