**Neighbourhood Coordinator**

**Twickenham, Reading, South East**

**3 Months, temporary contract**

**Full Time Hours**

Our team at Sellick Partnership are actively seeking a Neighbourhood Coordinator for a Housing Organisation based in the South East on a temporary basis, to cover a busy period within the business. This role is to ensure there is efficient and effectivemanagement of homes and services within the Twickenham, Reading, Hounslow and Slough areas.

**Duties of the Neighbourhood Coordinator may include**:

- Being the upbeat face of the organisation, out on the patch interacting with customers and engaging tenant involvement
- Ensuring regular inspections of communal areas are carried out
- Carry out periodic health and safety compliance checks to fire detection, lighting, call systems and water systems
- Ensuring void targets are met; and properties are let
- Visiting prospective tenants in their homes and preparing reports on their housing circumstances and eligibility for social housing
- Taking an initial response to ASB in the community

**Requirements include**:

- At least 1 years experience working in Housing
- Ability to travel across the patch (car preferred, mileage available)
