**DATA COORDINATOR**

**About Us**:
Ecology Solutions is a leading consultancy specialising in ecology planning solutions, offering an extensive range of expertise to numerous and diverse high-profile clients within both the public and private sectors. We also have regular interaction with our partner companies specialising in landscape consultancy and ecological mitigation implementation / habitat creation. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Data Coordinator to join our Worcestershire office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the collection and entry of data from ecological surveys.
- Download and manage data from static and mobile bat detectors.
- Review data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by implementing quality control procedures.
- Perform data analysis of bat data using Kaleidoscope and generate tables of results.
- Monitor data quality, identify anomalies or inconsistencies, and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Generate regular reports to each team to provide project updates and support future decision-making.
- Assist with the upkeep and maintenance of specialist survey equipment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in Excel and other Microsoft packages.
- Experience using Kaleidosope will be advantageous but is not essential as training will be provided.
- Use of own car is essential, due to the remote location of the office.
