Estate Agent Sales Negotiator

An exciting opportunity to work in a customer facing role at Gascoigne Halman’s thriving estate agency office, located in Marple.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm & One Saturday in Three 9am - 4pm

Key Activities:

- Conducting and concluding negotiations
- Research on house prices and market activity
- Greeting people in the office
- Arranging viewings
- Obtaining valuations
- Liaising with solicitors, surveyors and other professional contacts
- Nurture existing client relationships
- Administration including compliance and due diligence
- Strong IT & administration skills - training on the in-house agency system will be provided
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well presented
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Calm under pressure

Pay: From £11.45 per hour

Schedule:

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
