Due to our growth plans we have an exciting opportunity for an Insurance Performance Lead join our tenacious team. This is a great role for someone looking to bring their insurance expertise to one of the country’s largest insurers, working in an area of key strategic focus

A bit about the job:
The role sits within Personal Lines Retail, which is one of our major growth areas and often seen as its 'shop window’ and the primary touch point for customers through its sophisticated digital channels. This role is key to the business with a lot of autonomy as you will have end to end, accountability for a number of our retail propositions.

You will collaborate with the wider team and experts around the business to deliver amazing customer and commercial outcomes, demonstrated by KPI’s such as customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability. We are looking for a highly motivated individual, with a natural curiosity and eagerness to understand the market in which we operate. Someone who finds data driven solutions to performance issues through business insight, allowing us to make astute customer and commercial decisions to drive the business forward.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

- Commercial awareness and understanding of the insurance market
- Experience delivering and improving portfolio and product performance, by taking ownership and driving initiatives and outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to lead, engage, influence, and motivate direct and virtual teams, inspiring high performance
- Confidence in constructively challenging the status quo, leading change, simplifying, and adapting at pace
- Ability to source and analyse various sources of information, translating complex analysis into meaningful insight and action

- Starting salary of circa £70,000 (National) and circa £80,000 (London based applicants) depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
- Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
