Investment Manager (Acquisitions) role at a top tier, international Real Estate investment management business.

You would be joining the Investment Management division that manages a number of institutional separate accounts and JV funds investing into Core, Value Add and Forward Funding/Development. Reporting to the Head of Acquisitions and focussing on investmentsinto BTR, Office and Student/PBSA across the UK, France and Germany.

Within the role you will be responsible for originating, analysing and project managing, cradle to grave acquisitions to support significant growth in assets under management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and analyse executable acquisition strategies to grow Funds Under Management.
- Originate and track UK and European acquisition targets and manage the process from inception through to execution.
- Lead and manage relationships with investors, vendors, investment banks, investment agents, and finance and legal advisers
- Project manage the transaction process and oversee the work of Analysts

The role requires:

- An experienced Investment Manager (7+ years minimum experience) with significant history in leading acquisitions
- European markets experience, BTR or Office advantageous
- Experience managing teams of analysts
- Experience of structuring and negotiating term sheets and PSA
