F&b Assistant

We currently looking for **Full time** Food and Beverage Assistants.

The F&B team is led by our F&B Management team who are committed to providing exceptional service to all our guests throughout all of F&B areas; Restaurants, Lounge, Bar and Clubhouse. If you are a team player, enthusiastic and willing to learn this is a great opportunity to further your all-round knowledge within the different F&B areas in a highly regarded dining venue.

We offer a **competitive salary of £10.90 per hour plus gratuities* **equating to potential earnings of £12.05 per hour (based on a 40-hour week) **and excellent employee benefits**.

Experience in restaurants or similar hospitality environments is desirable but not essential as **full training will be provided.**

SCHLOSS Roxburghe is an exceptional country house estate which includes 53 bedrooms and suites with a Championship Golf Course and a range of outdoor activities, nestled in the beautiful Scottish Borders but little more than an hour's drive from both Edinburgh and Newcastle.

**We are looking for**:

- Immaculate personal presentation and excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in a comparable position in a hotel or restaurant desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
- Work well with other employees, including chefs and dining staff
- Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills with a confident and outgoing personality and an ability to interact with people at all levels
- Ability to multitask and work in a busy, fast paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to take initiative and a practical approach to problem solving
- Positive and flexible approach to work (weekend, evening and Bank holiday work will be required)
- Be looking to join an established friendly team where there are lots of opportunities to progress further due to the developing nature of the business
