Clinical Logistics Coordinator I

**Responsibilities**:

- Under the oversight of the IPM ensures the day-to-day processing of CSU IP inventory as per local SOPs and procedures
- Coordinates and collates the receipt, storage, inventory, shipment, acknowledgement of receipt, return, reconciliation and destructions of IMP/non-IMP with the Warehouse, Study Monitoring Teams, CSMs and external partners
- Ensures the local study files owned by the IP Manager are complete as per local SOPs and are audit ready
- Monitor IP tracking tables (IPTTs) or CSMS (Clinical Supply Management System) to ensure ongoing completion by monitoring teams by shipment and receipt, return and destruction
- Activity also involves tracking temperature excursions. Provide data entry support as needed for both IPTT&CSMS
- Support reading of temperature monitoring devices and printing of reports

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- 1- 2 years of experience in clinical operations within the pharmaceutical industry, including clinical monitoring experience
