**Hours: **35 hrs per week (initially in the office, hybrid working offered following training period)

You will be there to help build better futures for their customers, their intermediaries and their employees by operating as a modern, agile andwelcoming organisation. This growing business is transforming to create a more customer-focused business by providing their customers with expertise on financial and tax planning, offering home finance and annuities propositions, and providing collective fund solutions to thirdparty customers.

**Main duties & Responsibilities as Customer Services Representative**:

- Be responsible for end to end process of tasks
- Amend and maintain accurate company records
- Ensure records meet legislative, customer and company requirements are met.
- Maintain technical product knowledge in order to support colleagues, provide cover and acheive department objectives
- Answer incoming telephone enquiries across the full product range inclusive of fully documenting how issues are resolved
- Handling customer queries, accurately, sensitvely and efficiently.
- Investigate complaints and queries in line with divisional and regulatory complaints and procedures.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate in a face paced, dynamic environment and able to work under pressure
- Intermediate knowledge and experience of MS Office
