**Logistics Administrator**

**The role**
- Monitor **ready to ship orders** through **SAP**.
- Using **SAP** release **stock**, process **pick notes**, generate **transport labels** and provide to Warehouse team.
- Enter Delivery Numbers into SAP.
- Generate **invoices **and **shipping documents** as required.
- Complete **ECSI shipping notes** and provide to Warehouse.
- **Book transport** and update the Transport Board with collection date, transport company and ESCI number, ensuring the **allocation of transport costs**.
- Regularly review **Incoterms**.
- Ensure compliancy to **HMRC export rules**.
- You should be experienced in a customer service role.
- Previous experience in a logistics / supply chain environment is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of SAP or a willingness to learn.
