Our client is a growing software company building Innovative SaaS intranet and desk booking solutions. They are an established brand in the intranet market and have over 20 years of rich history and experience.

**The Role**:
They are looking to expand their team by recruiting a **Web Applications Support Consultant**. Reporting directly to the support and Implementation Manager, you will be **responsible for the implementation, support, and upgrades of their solutions** to a growing client base.

**Requirements**:

- You may come from a software engineering background and wish to further yourself in a more client-facing type role.
- Experience of web or intranet-based solutions in a Microsoft Windows Server environment including good experience with web development tools such as HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript and ASP.NET.
- The ability to improve your skills in terms of continual improvement is a must.
- Experience of Microsoft SQL Server in a Windows Client Server environment, including SQL Scripting.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) are essential as the role will involve dealing directly with end clients.
- Previous knowledge gained working with SharePoint would be beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to expand your knowledge in your own time to further your career is important
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Be self-motivated and able to work equally well as part of a team or on your own initiative
