**Responsibilities**:
As an Admin Assistant with WBAC you will:

- Authorise customer payments using the WBAC purchasing system which involves the following:

- Review and ensure all the correct documentation is present for each purchase
- Check finance settlement agreements and clearance letters
- Allocate the correct finance company for payment
- Review VAT documentation.
- Place payments on hold when necessary
- Deal with vehicle purchaser queries
- Other Ad hoc admin/finance duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to be flexible within the role.
- Able to prioritise workloads and achieve tight deadlines.
- Be able to competently use Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Manage high volumes of transactions within a high pressured environment.
- Efficient with a strong work ethic
