**Job Title: Structural Fabricator**

**Location**: Bromsgrove

**Salary**: £15 - £16 per hour (dependent on experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to fabricate structural steel components.
- Operate fabrication machinery, including cutting, bending, and welding equipment.
- Measure and cut steel materials to precise dimensions using hand and power tools.
- Assemble and weld structural components according to project requirements.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure fabricated components meet industry standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and meet project deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and project managers to provide progress updates.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working as a Structural Fabricator or similar role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong fabrication skills, including welding, cutting, and bending of steel materials.
- Familiarity with fabrication machinery and tools.
- Knowledge of welding techniques and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in metal fabrication or welding are desirable.
