Electricity North West has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and collaborative Safety Mate to join our inclusive team. This full-time Safety Mate role is based in Manchester and offers a salary of up to £22,272 p/a and excellent benefits.
As a Safety Mate, you will support in delivering Cut Out works at the customer service position with a Cut Out Craftsperson/Jointer. Ensuring the required outputs are delivered per technical and safe working practices, standards of health and safety are exceeded, productivity and quality of service delivery are maximised, excellent customer service is delivered and all appointment regulatory obligations are kept.
In your first few weeks in this Engineering Engineer role, you can expect to:
- Maintain and support the standards of Health and Safety as agreed across ENW ensuring a safe working environment for our colleagues and customers
- Drive excellent customer service for internal and external customers
- Assist business growth by training and upskilling yourself and colleagues under supervision
- Support Cut Out Craftsperson in organising and delivering a daily schedule of works visibly
- Undertake all aspects of Cut Out works on all ENWS work streams
- To be well organised and used to working as part of large and small teams
- To be customer-focused with the ability to communicate with internal and external customers and have excellent communication skills
