We have a fantastic job opportunity for you to join our team as our Fire Safety Surveyor. In this brilliant job, you’ll be responsible for fire related improvement works in our properties using Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs). You’ll respond promptly to actionsidentified and specify works required to correct standards.
You’ll manage on site works to successful completion through pre and post inspection, delivered in accordance with Building Regulations, good practice and fire safety standards.
Our customers’ experience will always be at the heart of everything you do, acting quickly when things go wrong. You’ll take ownership and be accountable to put things ‘right first time’ through collaborative working.

**About you**
You’ll be degree qualified within a Construction / Surveying related discipline or similar technical property maintenance team or have strong equivalent experience built up through your working profession (that can be evidenced).
You'll have brilliant experience and working knowledge of surveying, specifying and managing fire risk works from remedial repairs, maintenance and improvement works through to more complex works. This includes fire door replacements, compartmentation upgrades,fire alarms, emergency lighting systems and associated active / passive fire precautions.
