You will be a key and valued member of Front of House team. Playing an important role in the administration and smooth running of the business.

- **Duties/Responsibilities**:_
- Responsible for providing an exceptional Client Experience
- Greeting and hosting Clients and Advisers
- Meeting Room Management
- Office Presentation
- Managing Reception Inbox and administration Tasks
- Booking Travel for staff, advisers and clients
- Assisting and managing Events
- Switchboard
- Receipt and distribution of mail and parcels
- Facilities Assistance
- Servicing Tea and Coffee & Lunch
