**PERSON SPECIFICATION**

**We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced regional co-ordinator to join the MCMS team. The regional co-ordinator will assist with the delivery of various international projects within a fast-paced working environment. As regional co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of various tasks ensuring their completion according to the defined timeline.**

The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in supporting change and will be a key champion of developing and implementing new/improved standards, processes, and working practices.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- The Regional Coordinator is responsible for overseeing multiple projects activities in their regional area.
- They are responsible for coordinating with team members, stakeholders and clients monitoring project progress, managing resources, resolving issues and ensuring projects are executed according to the scope.
- Regional coordinators are professionals who manage the administrative tasks of an organisation at the regional level. They develop and implement work procedures and processes and resolve work problems.
- A critical role were they are responsible for communications updates, tracking budgets and maintaining documents to ensure successful completion of projects within their region
- Strong communication skills are valuable for project coordinators as they are the person representing clients and potential customers.

As a member of our MPOD team, it is imperative you have high standards to meet the client’s expectations and be open to constructive conversations. You will be flexible in working both autonomously and in collaboration with colleagues to deliver projects. You will be able to think critically and provide reasoned, logical conclusions. You will provide clear communication to both the clients and your colleagues within MCMS.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Level 3 (or equivalent) or higher qualification in a relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year
