Tennis Coach

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will be responsible for educating and training individuals in tennis. Your role will involve providing guidance, support, and motivation to help players reach their full potential. You will be working with young people (and some older ones) and will be part of the County Training programme for Cumbria.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement training programs for layers based on their skill level and goals
- Provide individualised coaching to improve technique, skills, and performance
- Plan and organise practice sessions, drills, and game strategies
- Monitor and evaluate progress and provide constructive feedback
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff
- Ensure the safety of players during training sessions and competitions
- Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques and industry trends

**Experience**:

- This post of for a level 3 coach or above, or someone currently working towards that
- Previous experience as a coach is required
- Strong knowledge of tennis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to achieve their goals
- Strong organizational skills to plan and manage training sessions effectively
