**Job: SEO Junior Partner**
**Overview of role**:
The SEO Junior Partner is responsible for supporting their team in planning and developing
SEO activity for a client or group of clients, helping to develop our SEO product, and contributing proactively to their knowledge and skill development.
**Junior Partner**:
A Junior Partner is a supporting role, assisting and learning from the Partners and Associate
Partners. They will be motivated to learn and develop in their function. A Junior Partner will mainly support the department and other client facing roles and focus on the day to day administrative tasks.
**Role responsibilities**:
- Contribute to the development of your team, client relationships and partner relationships.
- Contribute to the development of our SEO capabilities to be market leading and integrated with the rest of the business.
- Support with best in class delivery and quality of SEO activity for a set of clients.
- Support with client roadmap development and adherence.
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities to make SEO more effective.
- SEO performance reporting for your clients.
**To be successful in this role**:
- 2+ years of SEO experience.
- A positive, flexible, can-do attitude.
- Be able to coordinate and prioritise a number of tasks at the same time.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to work well in a team.
**Skills & Experience**:
Must have:
- Proactive & inquisitive attitude.
- Some hands-on experience in SEO, with a basic understanding of best practices, product updates, and industry trends.
- Be comfortable working with data & using excel/sheets
- Experience working with reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
Desirable:
- Experience in SEO, either in-house or with a digital marketing agency.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search
Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure is beneficial.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
