- Oversee daily payroll operations and ensure compliance with company and statutory regulations.
- Implement and maintain payroll best practices to improve efficiency and consult with upper management regarding improvements to payroll.
- Resolve any payroll discrepancies and respond to payroll related queries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with HR and Accounting teams to ensure accurate processing of payroll changes.
- Generate payroll reports for management, finance department, and auditors.
- Stay updated on the latest payroll trends, technology, and legislation.
- Manage the year-end payroll reconciliation and provide data for audits.
- End to end Payroll duties.

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Payroller should have:

- Proven experience in a payroll role within a large organisation.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and payroll best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
