Retail Apprenticeship

We are looking for an Apprentice to join our busy team, in our Baby and Childrens Boutique.

Within this role you will learn how to use the tills, re-stock and merchandise the store, we’ll also provide you with the opportunity to work on your sales and customer service skills by engaging with our new and regular customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering a high standard of service to our customers. so the key thing is to be Approachable, Curious & Resourceful at all times
- To assist our customers instore when they are browsing the products.
- Operate our tills and be able to process transactions. Deal with refunds or exchanges for product returns and correctly process any discounts in line with company process and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workplace.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications Required**:
GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent qualification)

- Knows what great customer service looks like - and how to provide it
- Is Approachable, Curious & Resourceful
- Friendly and easy to talk to
- Eager to know or learn something
