Job title: Senior Management consultant
**Duties**:
- Design and standardize procedures to optimize company-wide operations.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to drive personnel development and company progress.
- Lead the company through a critical phase of growth, help the company shape company’s competitive advantage
- Collaborate with various departments including business development/marketing and property development to analyze our competitive advantage and assist in setting up better strategies. For example, aid the business development department in identifying more effective ways to expand clientele; following strategy development, ensure execution by the business development department.
- Serve as a problem solver, identifying and addressing departmental bottlenecks and streamlining processes.
Skill, experience and qualification required:
- Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin is essential.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above;
- Qualification: Relevant qualifications in Business Management is preferable.
- Working experience: At least 5 years in management consulting or a similar senior role, with track evidence or documented success in driving business growth.
- Skills: Strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in strategic development and operational management.
- Travel: Willingness to travel between the UK and China as we may explore expansion through subsidiaries or representative offices in China.
Pay: £49,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
