**Description**

Duties and Tasks of the Finance Administrator:

- Monitor bank accounts and reconcile accounts
- Reconcile petty cash and credit card statements
- Process accounts payable, receivable and nominal ledger
- Raise purchase order numbers
- Process BACS payments
- Monitor company utility bills and payments

**Profile**

Skills required for the Finance Administrator:

- Practical experience in transactional accounting,
- Or, experience through studies or qualifications
- It literate and the ability to use Microsoft programmes
