We are currently looking for a Call Handler to join our busy team This is a permanent contract, working from our Walthamstow Office.

As our Call Handler, you will be responsible for property maintenance services by delivering a range of works to an agreed programme, budget and quality within the company’s operational targets.

**Salary**:Competitive

**Hours of Work**: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 17:00 pm, and flexibility with working hours is essential as overtime will be required from time to time.

**Contract Type**:Full Time, Permanent

**Call Handler Duties**:

- Monitoring jobs and liaising with contractor for sheltered blocks.
- As part of the legal process and court hearings you will need to arrange dates to obtain warrants and arrange for the relevant parties to attend forced entries all forced entries.
- Raising and liaising with contractors on Asbestos jobs and allocate costing
- First point of contact for all calls coming into the Walthamstow Office call centre.
- To cover anyone other member of the team’s duties in their absence.
- Input data from resident satisfaction forms.

**Call Handler Requirements**:
**Qualifications**
- GCSE in Mathematics and English
- A business administration or customer service qualification will be beneficial, but not essential.
- Intermediate level user of Microsoft Office.

**Experience**
- Previous experience within a busy customer service role.

**Skills/Knowledge**
- The ability to establish and maintain effective, professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management and organisation of own workload
- The ability to learn new software packages.
- To be able to work as part of a team
