**Finance Business Partner**

**Working Pattern: 37 hrs per week - Monday to Friday**

**Location: Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire**

Via is currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance Team based at our Bilsthorpe Depot.

You will operate as part of the Finance Business Partnering to provide insightful and timely financial analysis that will help drive the performance of the relevant Divisions to optimise business objectives.

**The Job**

Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Business partner with key stakeholders and areas of the business to provide commercially focussed advice on all financial related issues
- Assist with the delivery of all budgeting and forecasting information to budget holders and key areas of the business
- Proactive in the on-going development of finance systems and the finance business partnering function.
- Ensure that internal stakeholders have clear and simplified financial information to enable them to make strategic decisions, identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Evaluate financial performance relating to profitability, productivity and work across business units using current data models and tools or being able to recommend and implement new ones
- Collaborate across the business with all areas to build close relationships and to be a facilitator of finance
- Providing clear and concise analysis and recommendations through comprehensive stakeholder reports

**The Person**

Mainly you will be excited to be a vital part of our Finance Team, but there are just a few other things we’d like from you:
- Ideally a Qualified CIMA accountant, although Part Qualified and studying, or equivalent experience is equally valuable
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, including good working knowledge of Microsoft programmes specifically Excel spreadsheets, databases to produce robust accurate reporting
- Strong influencing, networking and team working skills, combined with a solid commercial acumen.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, listen to and resolve business issues with key decision makers in different areas of the business
- Confident and credible communication style, able to adapt both written and verbal communication styles to suit different audiences’ needs.
- Proven ability to plan and prioritise workload and respond to stakeholder queries in a busy office environment and work under own initiative to tight deadlines.
- Good networking and teamworking skills. Also, the skill to operate confidently with a high degree of autonomy

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£47,500.00 per year
