We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen for a **Supplier Management - Category Lead **to join our growing **National Suppliers Team** here at Holman UK. This role will be based out of our HQ in **Chippenham, **with the opportunity for hybrid working, following an initial training period, details of which will be discussed at interview.
This is a permanent opportunity, and we are looking to pay £45,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
**Key Responsibilities will include**:
- Develop and manage relationships with allocated suppliers, in line with current corporate strategy to drive continual improvement in supplier performance
- Manage allocated suppliers contracts, invoices and documentation for compliance with existing agreements (KPIs, SLAs, price)
- Work closely with the procurement team to ensure we receive contractual revenues/rebates from suppliers
- Work with suppliers to reduce contract administration burden across internal teams and improve supplier governance
- Understand internal/external customer’s needs and investigate potential with current and new suppliers
- Lead and implement changes to supplier processes and communicate both internally/externally
- Create detailed reporting packs for each supplier that help support continuous improvement
- Monitor supplier performance and investigate supplier complaints to ensure a satisfactory resolution for all parties, complete route cause analysis and put actions plans in place to reduce repeat complaints
- Identify how suppliers affect the company across all business lines and how changes in the relationship may impact other areas of the business
- An education to Degree level in Business, and/ or Finance (preferred)
- Experience in managing Roadside Assistance / Car Rental / Tyre Fitment / Glass Provision / Accident Management
- Experience of working in the Contracting Hire or Leasing Industry
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Attention to detail, accuracy in addition to the ability to work effectively independently and as a team member.
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills.
