At Early Buds we believe in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting children's development and creating a positive and engaging atmosphere for them to flourish.

**Requirements**:

- Level 3 or 2 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
- Prior experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
