**About Our Client**:
My client are an Electronics company based in Weybridge.

**Key Responsibilities for the In**ventory Planner**:

- Create the effective inventory plans for the organisation.
- Creates accurate reports about inventory.
- Maintain updated files about inventory that is used or moved to avoid possible discrepancies.
- Receive returned products and keep records about final inventory level.
- Monitor inventory activity into company databases.
- Complete daily transactions and link them to the appropriate departments.
- Assist supervisors with inventory replenishing tasks.
- Participation in company meetings, suggesting the better methods to handle current inventory and improve the use of company resource.
- Provide accurate lead time and inventory information to the related department
- Maintain and update the inventory, escalating any issues to the appropriate department / 3PL.
- Liaising with all warehouses, ensuring inventories are updated in a timely manner and picked on confirmation of reconciliation.
- Assist Logistics manager where appropriate
- Any other departmental duties as requested by the manager
- Ad-hoc
