Housekeeper (Live-in Option)

M Recruitment have an opening for an experienced housekeeper for a large private residence outside of Belfast. The property is a large modern residence. There is a live in option - a private one bedroom apartment on the premises.

**Duties**:

- **High level of attention to detail required**:

- All aspects of housekeeping: Cleaning windows, floors, skirting boards, laundry, ironing, making/ changing beds, dusting, wardrobe management, organise cupboards as needed
- A deep clean is done weekly by a contract cleaning company. This housekeeper will be expected to keep the house tidy and running smoothly.
- The family would like someone who will notice when things need to be cleaned, dusted and know when a cleaning product, food product is running low that it needs to be added to shopping list.
- **Driving highly desirable so errands can be done when needed.**:

- When parents are away - housekeeper will be asked to check in on the children and occasionally cook for them. 5 Occupants (2 adults and 3 teenagers 19,17 &14)

- Attention to detail
- Organised
- Initiative is crucial
- Reliable
- 5* Hotel Experience or 2-3 years in a similar large house environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newtownards, County Down: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
