We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work in our Head Office in Bonnybridge. This is a ‘hands on’ role. You must be confident, organised, and able to work in high pressure situations.
**Duties**:
- Proactively seek out and gain new Customers/Sales in line with Key Performance Indicators:
- Develop outbound campaign strategies through cold calls to targeted groups (when required initiate campaigns in response to market intelligence)
- Proactively pursue and contact customers and negotiate hire terms including additional value services.
- Utilise CRM system to record all leads, customers, quotes, and sales.
- Formally record all customer orders, prepare & process on Syrinx Software.
- Raising & confirming off-hires from customers
- Communicate with the transport team to ensure all deliveries/collection are scheduled.
- Raise damages and liaise with customers in a timely manner for confirmation.
- Manage records to ensure full & complete audit trail.
**Experience & Skills Essential**:
- Previous experience of working in a customer focused role.
- Experience of working on the hiredesk
- Good telephone manner
- Help build good customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly approach.
- Good computer skills.
- Have the ability to make competent commercial decisions within a fast-moving environment.
**Desirable**:
- Telesales Background
- Experience in hire industry
