**Van delivery driver - owner drivers wanted.**

**Job Type**: Experience in parcel delivery needed. Must own a suitable LWB 3.5t van which must be insured, and you must have appropriate business / courier insurance. You'll be paid weekly in lieu. Standard parcel delivery for one of the main carriers. We can accommodate flexible shifts, or offer ongoing structured shifts. Training provided on the use of the handheld scanner.

**Job Location**: Carnforth. This work will be ongoing, stable, Monday to Friday, or flexible depending on your preference.

**Job Length**: Ongoing

**Job Pay**: £2.25 per delivery

**Job Details**: Between 80 and 150 drops a day

**Requirements**:

- Had a Full UK or Euro Driving licence for a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 6 points with no active IN, DR, CD or TT codes.
- Fully insured LWB van.
- Business insurance.
- Goods in Transit insurance.
- Able to pass a criminal background check prior to the start date.
- Drugs & Alcohol screening may be required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver and collect parcels using your own vehicle
- Communicate with controllers and engage with customers
- Load, check, and secure loads in and out of your vehicle
- Perform driver duties professionally and in a good manner.
- Adhere to company driver policies.

**Schedule**:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
