**Job description**

We are looking for a Labourer/Handyman to work across our three settings, which are based in St Albans/Harpenden and Welwyn Garden City.

This role would be ideally suited for someone who has just started a career in this industry, and is looking to gain more experience.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- To carry out small general repair’s to buildings.
- Support with the general handyman duties across the nurseries.
- To maintain appearance of house exterior - cutting grass, blowing leaves, tidying driveway.
- Transportation of food and internal mail across the three settings.
- To remain reliable and timely throughout the working week.
- Have excellent communication skills, able to adapt to different responsibilities.
- Have the ability to work under pressure at times.
- Meet all health requirements and pass background checks.
- To assist with any other ad-hoc duties as necessitated by your employer.

**Key Skills**
- Clean driving licence
- Previous similar experience within a maintenance role.
- Prepared to undertake ad-hoc shifts as and when required
- Flexible working attitude

An enhanced DBS disclosure will be necessary for this role, costs of which will be met by the employer.
