**The role**:
We need a reliable **Service Expert** to take care of the following duties:

- Full training on our in-house systems will be given
- Shift based and is a mixture of three shifts, 8-4, 12-8 & 2-10. Sunday hours are 9-5, it is one weekend in, one weekend off
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
- Using the telephone to advise customers
- Uses knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries

An ideal **Service Expert **will hold the following skills and experiences:

- Experience in customer service is esstential
- Telephone and computer skills
- Positive outlook and a built in desire to do a good job

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Full-time

**Salary**: £11.28-£23.58 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
