**Job Title**:Collections Agent
**Salary**: 22,000 per annum
**Hours**:Rotational shift pattern as per the below;
- **Late: 11:00 - 19:00**:

- **Early: 08:00 - 16:00**:

- **Mid: 09:00 - 17:00**:

- **Sat: 09:00 - 17:00 (1 in 3)**:

- **Bank Hols: 10:00 - 16:00**

**You will have to attend a two-week training course starting on the 9th of January, Monday - Friday in their Banbury office prior to working remotely. Accommodation, Fuel & travel expenses are** **paid upfront.**

**Main Duties**:

- Take ownership of queries, escalating through the correct channels when required to ensure the customer receives a timely response
- Communicate clearly and effectively with vulnerable customers or customers experiencing financial difficulties, showing empathy and understanding, whilst remaining focused on the customer journey and experience.
- Conduct front-line collection services across an array of product portfolios
- Managing workflow priorities on a case-by-case basis
- Liaise with external debt management companies to provide the best-placed solutions for supporting the customers’ needs
- Suggest ways for process improvements across the platforms you are utilising, in order to enhance the customer journey both in terms of efficiency and satisfaction

**Experience and Skills Required**:

- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, able to show compassion and empathy to build rapport, demonstrate active listening skills
- Previous collections experience in both inbound and outbound telephony **(required)**
