**Position: Client Services Coordinator**

**Salary: £23,000 + DOE**

**Location: Glasgow**

HRC Recruitment are currently working on an exclusive basis with a forward thinking, high energy professional services client, to recruit a **Client Services Coordinator.**

You will have solid administration experience, first-class communication skills, and also the ability to multi-task under pressure.

Your duties and responsibilities will be varied, they will include:

- Training Event Management
- Client event set-up and ongoing co-ordination prior to delivery
- Liaising with clients
- Organising training materials, learning materials, and online client portal pages
- Producing evaluation summaries for clients; providing information to trainers; arranging and coordinating travel and accommodation
- Working with clients whilst coordinating delivery of services; building and enhancing their relationships
- Financial Administration, including invoices; managing expense claims; purchasing and other activities as required
- Marketing: various activities including market research to identify new potential clients
- Producing briefing documents for meetings with new contacts and clients
- Assisting with the weekly e-newsletters and blogs; marketing mail outs and assisting with general business development activity
- General Administration, including production of correspondence and reports, and keeping systems updated
- Any additional duties as required by the Managing Director and Client Services Manager, from time to time
