**Business Administrator Apprentice**:
Business Administration Level 3 - 15 months

**Role and Responsibilities**:
Administrative:

- Ensure premises are fully prepared for new occupants.
- Maintain all statutory required records.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Enforce terms of rental agreements.
- Complete all administrative tasks for all properties.
- Putting together tenant packs for both managed and let only.
- Answering telephone queries.
- Booking inspections.
- Organising renewal tenancy agreements as and when required, including let only.
- Organise all renewals of CP12’ and EPC’s when due.
- Ensuring property keys are available as and when required and complete key cut form when keys have been cut.
- Managing own diary.
- Checking in and out of keys on our CRM system if necessary, completing the paper key log.

Financial:

- Ensure timely payments and collections.
- Minimise rental arrears.
- Check and authorise payment of invoices.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Generate additional revenue streams from property maintenance.

Tenant Relations:

- Orient new tenants to the property.
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Enforce occupancy policies and procedures.
- Maintain timely communications with tenants.
- Complete all administrative tasks for tenants.

Maintenance:

- Monitor and complete maintenance repairs timeously and cost-effectively.
- Ensure security of premises and maintain security devices.
- Organise and carry out incoming and outgoing inspections (inventories) and prepare inspection reports.
- Negotiate and manage contact with external contractors.

As one of our learners, you’ll benefit from coaching, help and guidance from our dedicated team whose job it is to ensure your success. Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Apprenticeship qualification.

**Required Qualifications**:
Maths, English and ICT, GCSE Grade 4-9 or equivalent

**Training**:
