Account Coordinator

The central services team are accountable for delivery of Customer Service excellence to 15 vendors across the Remarketing division, ensuring full delivery of contractually agreed service level agreements.
**Scope of Role**:
Reporting to the Central Services Team Manager, the Account Co-ordinator will be required to perform a variety of tasks associated with the Manheim auctions process.
Responsible for operational delivery, ensuring a consistent high quality of Vendor engagement to Manheim’s Corporate and Manufacturer clients.
To support the Central Services Team Manager and various internal Account Managers to ensure that Manheim deliver the service to meet the demands of the customer and that we exceed customer expectations
**Objectives for Role**:
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders within all aspects of the auction process.
- To act as an escalation, point for Vendors and to act as conduit between Account Managers or Manheim branches.
- Produce vehicle updates and reports for centralised vendor accounts.
- Co-ordinate and monitor Interbranch movements of vehicles.
- Compile and distribute internal and external reports.
- Receive process and monitor collection requests from our vendors, ensuring that all vehicles are collected within each account designated timeframe.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating Epyx / 1Link system for centralised accounts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers and colleagues working together to identify and improve service delivery.
- If required attend review meetings / conference calls
- Ad-hoc duties or tasks as and when required.

- Strong Excel skills

- Demonstrates business acumen
- Self-driven and self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work at all levels
