The RAD Hotel Group is an independently family-owned group of eight hotels. Our award-winning venues have been serving up delicious food, stylish accommodation, luxury wedding venues and so much more for nearly 20 years.

We are seeking a Marketing Admin Assistant to join our Marketing Team. You will be involved in assisting with the day-to-day admin tasks within the Marketing Department, as well as assisting in the planning of Social Media and Website Content.

You will have great communication skills with a positive, helpful attitude, excellent attention to detail and written communication. You will have the ability to manage several tasks at one time, in a timely manner and be able to deal with colleagues and external contacts confidently.

This is a varied role with some travel to and from our hotels and other venues and as such you may be required to drive and have access to a car.

**What you will be doing**:

- Writing marketing copy for RAD Hotel Group website
- Assist with the creation of written promotional content
- Support the Marketing Team in daily administrative tasks
- Assist in Marketing and Advertising promotional activities (Social Media, Advertising and Website)
- Help with the planning and promotion of events
- Contribute ideas to the wider Marketing Team
- Dealing with Internal & External contacts

**The ideal person will**:

- Relevant degree/qualification or experience
- Excellent copywriting skills and strong communication
- Understanding of different Marketing techniques
- Proactive approach in working in a fast-paced environment working to tight deadlines
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Confident, creative and up to date with current trends
- Well organised and able to manage tight and conflicting deadlines
- Great attention to detail
- Good understanding of all Social Media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
- Full drivers’ license

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
