Accountancy Practice Specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment are working with a progressive firm in Leicester who, due to continued growth are seeking an Accounts Senior to join their Business Services team.

The ideal individual will be ACA/ ACCA part qualified or qualified (MAAT also considered) working in practice and have a good working knowledge of FRS 102 reporting standards.

Duties will be varied including attending client meetings, training clients on accountancy software, dealing with queries, and mentoring junior staff.

The role can be seen in more detail below:
**Responsibilities**:
Preparation of statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
Corporation tax computations
Review of VAT returns & bookkeeping
Preparation of management accounts
Training clients on accountancy software
Reviewing the work of junior staff
Supporting Partners
Dealing with client queries

**Requirements**:
ACA / ACCA Part Qualified or Qualified
AAT Qualified also considered
Good working knowledge of FRS102 reporting standards
Knowledge of Xero/ Sage/ Iris (ideally)
Previous experience of working in practice is essential
