Summary

£26,950 up to £36,300*per annum - This isn’t an ordinary job. This is an extraordinary experience.

We have moved to a hybrid working model with a recommended 2 days in the office per week for appropriate Head Office and Regional roles, empowering our teams to choose how and where they work best. What you'll do
- Assisting regional property offices with registering and de-energising utility supplies
- Processing invoices ensuring accuracy and responding to any related query
- Assisting with technical queries related to Lidl’s internal Energy Management software
- Data input and ongoing system management of the Energy Management software
- Delivering user training to regional colleagues
- Key contact for all utility suppliers handling any queries
- Arranging meetings/virtual meetings, booking rooms and minute taking
- Producing standard, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
- Assisting the Energy team with tenders and contract management

What you'll need
- A confident administrator who has strong communication skills
- PC literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- A motivated and proactive team player, with a can-do attitude
- Able to work to schedules and deadlines with the ability to prioritise tasks
- A strong multi-tasker with a good eye for detail
- Experience with managing utilities would be an advantage
- Excellent organisational skills
