Psv Mini Bus Driver

**PSV Driver / Handy Person**

Resources are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic PSV Mini Bus Driver / Handy Person for general driving and maintenance within our training centres. Based in Jarrow but working within the local area to respond to all basic maintenance and repair issues in our training centres as well as transporting learners to training destinations and general delivery or collection of supplies or equipment.

**Essential Criteria**:

- To complete maintenance both inside and outside our training centres.
- Drive 16 person mini bus as requested.
- Ability to work on own initiative both alone and as a member of a team
- Have good organisational communication skills
- Commitment to providing the highest quality service
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance.
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
- Using common tools such as hammers, saws, drills, etc;
- Moving furniture
- Vehicle upkeep; ensuring it is clean and tidy.
- Ensure that works are performed in accordance with agreed time-scales
- Be multi skilled and highly organised
- Be flexible as to working hours
- Hold an up-to-date full, clean PSV driving licence.

**This role requires you to complete an enhanced DBS check and provide satisfactory references if offered this post.**

**Benefits**

Holidays - 24 days + bank holidays (pro rata)
