Job Title: Early Years Practitioner
**Salary**: from £25,282.40 per annum (Full Time Hours)
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent (42.5 hrs) however part time hours will be considered starting from 3 full days a week

**CherryPark Nursery** have the rare opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic **Level 3 Practitioner** to join their team. The nursery is located on the Langstone Technology Park, caring for children aged six weeks to 5 years. With a longstanding team who are dedicated to delivering high quality care and learning to their children and families we would love to hear from you if you feel you could be a great addition to the team
The nursery has 3 spacious rooms, large gardens which the children can access throughout the day and sensory room. Within the nursery the team really focus on the children’s interests, diversity, wellbeing and next steps to ensure all children and families thrive in their care.
The staff team are very welcoming and as a nursery they pride themselves on building a culture of teamwork, togetherness and support striving for outstanding practice and care the team celebrate employee of the month and stand out room of the month
Within this role of Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources to children, that are appropriate to their age and stage of development. You will need to ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent, and visitor at all times and follow risk assessments diligently and report all health and safety matters to management.
You will be required to enhance the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development. You will also need to ensure positive partnerships with parents/carers with thorough handover on daily collection and encourage their involvement in the nursery.
For the role of Early Years Practitioner, we would require you to have a full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential. Have sound knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements and have experience of working within Early Years.
